Whilst we endeavour to ensure there will be no problems after you move into your new home, we do rely on a variety of suppliers and subcontractors, and sometimes snags occur.

For this reason, details of our remedial work policy are included in the handover pack you receive when you complete the purchase of your new home.

Warranty Guarantee and after sales care on all our new-build properties in Lincolnshire

Highgrove Homes (Spalding) Ltd is an LABC registered developer and builder, and as such we design and build homes not only in accordance with the Building Regulations, but also in accordance with the Warranty standards of construction, as applicable. We currently use CMLC Warranty or LABC.

Each home is inspected by Warranty Inspectors at key stages, and your new home will be covered by a 10 year Building Guarantee Warranty Policy.

Upon legal completion of your new home you will receive a copy of the LABC Homeowners’ Guide which provides information and guidance on your Building Guarantee Warranty Policy and advice on settling into your new home.
